A GLANCE AT MY NEW LIFE

My world is really getting wider now. Now, I live in Taipei. I study for master program in one national university here. Taipei is the capital city of Taiwan (officially Republic of China). It is situated in the northern Taiwan. There are 12 districts in Taipei: Shilin, Beitou, Neihu, Wenshan, Nangang, Zhongshan, Da'an, Xinyi, Songshan, Wanhua, Zhongzheng, Datong. Taipei population reaches 2,695,007 on August 2014 (source: Department of Civil Affairs). Many people from all around the world come to Taiwan especially Taipei to work and study.
I think this city is comfortable place for young people, but a little bit too crowded for those who want to relax. The other thing that I like from this city is that the transportation system. The transportation system is so sophisticated. I prefer Taipei Metro (commonly known as MRT) to bus.

Alright, I think at this time, I wanna share my experience having a short trip to Fulong Beach and Juming Museum last Saturday.

Fulong Beach is located at Fulong Village, Gongliao Township, New Taipei City at Northeastern Taiwan. It is around 90 minutes from Taipei by bus. Fulong is one of the most popular beaches to visit in Taiwan. It has an excellent gold beach. Besides, it is also popular to surf. Shuang River divides the beaches into inner and outer parts. There is a very long bridge which is known as Rainbow Bridge. You can enjoy your day at the beach or you can rent bicycle and see the beautiful scenery of Fulong Beach. If you want to know more description of Fulong beach, you can visit the mini museum there.

The second place that I visited was Juming Museum. It is located at Jinshan District, New Taipei, Taiwan. This museum is dedicated to Ju Ming, a Taiwanese sculptor. Ju Ming (original name is Ju Chuan-tai) was born in Miaoli, Tongsiao in 1938. He was the eleventh child in his family. Even though his family was poor, he did not suffer in study at all. He had been interested on art since he was young. 

This museum is worth to visit. It is an outdoor museum. I like this museum so much. It is a big place to visit. Besides, the isolated place makes this place is so relaxing. For those who like to hunt good pictures, it is a must place for you. Among the all amazing sculptures, the one that I like most is the stone area. I do not know what is the name of that area, but there are many big stones like in Stonehenge (though I never go there).

What is friend actually?
Is friend the one who is there when you are only in happiness and when you need someone to share your anxiousness, your problem, he or she is not there.

According to me there is true friend. A friend will come and go. One will come and leave.

coffee to smooth your hands

 

When we talk about the benefit of coffee, we will talk about everything, from health to beauty. We all know that coffee has many advantages. One of the benefit of coffee is that it can smooth your hands. It is useful for everyone, especially women who always keep their body.

I have ever experienced it, when i had my palm hands were so dry. I did not know why it happened. I had already use the gloves every time i need to make a contact with detergent. However, i found the same, my palm hands were peeled. It made me so embarrassed especially when I had to have a shake hand.

But then, I tried to use coffee. And I found it works. It was quite easy. You just need to put a tea spoon of coffee powder on your palm hand, rub it for about 5 minutes, and then clean it by using clean water of course.

Quite simple, isn't it?

Lau Kawar is one of tourism place in Karo Highland, North Sumatra. It takes about 45 minutes from Kabanjahe, the capital of Karo Highland. Even though it is not as popular as Lake Toba, Lau Kawar gives you beautiful scenery of nature. Along your trip, you can see Mt. Sinabung scenery.
